How far in advance do I have to schedule?

For best results, try to schedule at least 24 hours in advance. However, we understand things come up last minute and currently we fulfill 98% of on-demand requests successfully.

Will you contact me when my provider is on the way?

A CareCar representative or partner-provider will give you a call (or text) 5-15 min before they arrive. If you do not receive a call within 5 min of your scheduled time of service it is likely we do not have up-to-date information about how to contact you. In that case, it’s best to reach out to us directly to provide an update.

Can I request a specific provider?

Yes and no. In addition to medical needs, we do take your personal preferences into consideration when trying to find the best-fit partner-provider to fulfill your request. However, not all providers are always available at the time of your request. Rest assured that ALL providers in our Care Network (CareNet) have been properly vetted for quality, trust, and safety.
